Letter of acceptance on not participating in telecom network fraud crimes

(Shall be signed by the customer himself)

  我认真学习了有关法律规定，知悉本人应当承担的遵纪守法责任。本人郑重承诺：

    I have carefully studied the relevant laws and regulations and am aware of my responsibility to abide by the law. I solemnly promise:

一、严格遵守国家法律、法规，本人不组织、不参与电信网络诈骗犯罪活动。

    I. First, strictly abide by national laws and regulations, I do not organize, do not participate in telecom network fraud criminal activities.

二、如实向政府部门和公安机关提供个人有关信息，自愿接受法律监督。

    II. Truthfully provide personal information to government departments and public security organs, and voluntarily accept legal supervision.

三、不向涉及电信网络诈骗犯罪活动的人员通风报信；

    III. Not to inform personnel involved in criminal activities of telecom network fraud.

四、主动配合政府部门和公安机关对电信网络诈骗犯罪开展调查，积极反映本人掌握的可疑人员和线索。

    IV. Actively cooperate with government departments and public security organs to investigate telecom network fraud crimes, and actively reflect the suspicious personnel and clues I have.

五、不出租、出借、出售本人名下的个人账户（银行卡、手机卡、社交工具）。

    V. Do not rent, lend or sell personal accounts (bank cards, mobile phone cards, social Apps) under my name.

六、不出租、出借、出售本人作为法定代表人及投资人名下企业的相关文件（企业营业执照、对公银行卡、公章）等物品。

    VI. Do not rent, lend or sell the relevant documents (business license, bank card, official seal) of the enterprise under the name of the legal representative and the investor.

如果违反上述承诺，或发生直接、间接参与电信网络诈骗犯罪的行为，本人愿承担相应法律责任。

    If I violate the above commitments, directly or indirectly participate in the telecom network fraud crime, I am willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
